By booking and participating in this consultation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I understand that this consultation is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- I understand that Aromatherapy and holistic wellness practices are complementary approaches and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for how I choose to implement any recommendations provided, including the use of essential oils, supplements, or lifestyle changes.
- I understand that essential oils and natural products may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions, and I agree to perform appropriate patch testing and use caution when applying products topically.
- I agree to consult with my physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to my health routine, especially if I am pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- I release and hold harmless Kayla Olmstead of The Olmstead Homestead from any liability, damages, or adverse effects that may result from the use or misuse of recommendations provided during this consultation.
- I understand that results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual consistency and lifestyle factors.
